This article will explain to you how to login to the CMS of your website. This can be done in several ways.



1. Login to the CMS


1. To go to the CMS login page use your website URL and add “/wp-admin” (if your website was made before 2021) or ” /login ” if it was created after 2021.

Example: www.testpage.com/wp-admin
Example: www.hotel.com/login

2. Finally, fill in the login details


Where to find login details?

You will receive an email from Orange Hotel Marketing after asking for login details. Click on the link provided in the email and set your credentials by yourself!


2. How to get to the Back-end (When Already Logged In) 


When you are already logged in, you can access the back-end very easily.


2.1 Go to the CMS (Overview of All Pages)

When you are logged in to the system and visit your own hotel’s website, or one of its pages, you will see an extra, black menu, below the browser bar (where you type your website address). The menu will look like shown above, in the image. 

Note

If you are not using Elementor Editor, the third item highlighted (‘Edit with Elementor‘), will not be in your menu. 

Buttons:

Button 1: Blue text with ‘The name of your company’:

  • Hover over this and you will see a menu unfolding like shown in the image above.
  • Press ‘Dashboard and you will be redirected to the back-end.
  • In there, you click on ‘Pages‘ to go to the overview of your pages.

Button 2: Edit Page‘:

  • By clicking on this, you will be redirected to the back-end and.
  • In there, it will open the specific page you were currently on. Here you can edit this page directly.
  • When you are using Elementor editor: the page in the back-end will show a button Edit with Elementor’ like in the image below. Press this button, and you will be able to edit the page. Or go to the left menu and navigate to ‘Pages’ to switch between pages.

2.2 Go to the Elementor Editor directly

  • Hover over the button saying ‘Edit with Elementor’, in the black, top menu and the following menu will unfold.

  • You can also click on ‘Edit with Elementor‘ itself.
  • You will be sent to Elementor itself and the specific page you are currently on, where you can edit the text, pictures and other elements.
