In this article, we will explain how to preview and publish the edits you have made to a page of your website.
1. Preview the Changes
When editing a page, you should always verify your changes before clicking “Publish“. To see how the page looks like before updating it, scroll to the top of the backend and click on “Preview“. Automatically, a new tab will appear with a preview of the edited page. If happy with all the changes, return to the backend of the website and click on “Publish“.
2. Preview the Changes on Different Screens
When you are in the preview mode, you are also able to see how the changes you’ve made affect the display on devices with different screen size. Try to reduce the size of your browser to see how the variations look like for mobile or tablet. The image below shows how a response website changes when reducing the width of the browser.
