This article outlines the steps you need to follow to add TOS as a partner in your Campaign Manager. Completing these steps is essential to start campaigns.
Before you can add a partner to Campaign Manager, you’ll need to ask your partner for their Business Manager ID.

Follow the next steps to add a partner to your Campaign Manager:
1. Sign in to Business Manager
2. Click Partners in the menu on the left side of the page
3. Add your partner’s Business Manager ID to the available field in the upper right corner
4. Click the Add partner button to the right of the field.
After you add a partner, their Campaign Manager will display on your Partners page and your Campaign Manager will display on their Partners page. No ad accounts, Pages, or Matched Audiences will be shared at this point.
With the partnership established, you can both share specific ad accounts, Pages, and Matched Audiences with each other as needed. Your Partners will only be able to see and act on the specific assets you’ve shared with them. You can edit the access you’ve provided to your partners, stop sharing ad accounts or Pages with your partner, or remove a partner when needed. If you need to stop sharing or remove an ad account or Page, you’ll need to contact support.
After a partner is removed, their Campaign Manager people lose access to all your ad accounts and Pages, and your Campaign Manager people lose access to all their ad accounts and Pages.
