This article explains why you see the OHM email address as a sender when you receive a contact form.


How does it work?


All contact forms need to use an email address to send the form as an email. This email address should be verified, as it would otherwise be classified as spam if we try to send that email from a random or not verified email address. We can’t use the hotel domain name as sending address, without ‘technical’ permission.

Therefore, for your convenience, we have created a dedicated orange hotel marketing email address, which is verified for all contact forms and uses special software to ensure delivery of these forms to the email box of the hotel.


What if I want my hotel’s domain name as a sender address?


Technically, it is possible to set up an email address of the hotel, for sending all contact forms but it requires a few steps:
