In this article, we will explain how to edit images inside a Slider. If you want to replace a simple image element click here.


Image Size

Before uploading new media, make sure that images are optimized with a max size of 300 KB. This must be done to improve the page speed and loading time. 

1. Replace an image in Slider

Login to the CMS and select the page you want to edit. Look for the Easy Slider element in the page builder.


Click on the element and then click on the image you wish to change.


Click on “Change Image


Now it’s possible to select an existing image from the Media Library or upload a new image by clicking on “Upload Files“.

 


Once the image(s) has been selected click on “Save“.

Now you can Preview and Update the page.

2. Insert more than one image in the Slider

  1. Once you’ve opened the slider, click on top of the preview image.
  2. Click on the + button to add images. Now you can change each image by following the steps in the previous chapter.
Note

You can switch the order of images by dragging the items with the bi-directional arrow (blue square in the picture below).

When happy with the changes, Click on “Save” then preview and publish the page.

 

3. How to edit the text in a slider

Click on the element and then click on the image in which you wish to add/change the text.


 

Click on the caption tab.


Now you can make the changes you wish.
1) In the caption title, you can add the title you wish to appear on your slider.
2) In the caption text, you are able to add an additional text if you wish.
3) In the caption positioning, you can select where you want your title to appear (centre, left, bottom, right).


When you finish with your changes click on save.

Now you can Preview and update the page.
