This article will explain you how to use the Offers module created by OHM – how to add new offers or update current ones.
1.1
Create New Offer
- If
you
want
to
create
a new
offer
on
your
website,
navigate
to
‘offers’
in the
back-end.
- Click
on
‘all
offers’
and
create
a new
offer.
- Note:
it
is
best
to
duplicate
an
existing
offer,
as
the
standard
information
is
already
filled
in.
- Once
you
duplicated
an
offer,
click
on
‘quick
edit’
to
change
the
title
and
the
slug.
- Here
you
can
also
change
the
date
of the
offer, note: the
date
of
the
offer
defines
the
order
of
offers
on
the
page.
1.2 Edit Offer
- Click
on Edit,
to
change
the
content
of the
offer.
- Now you can add your offer in the section. Click on the + sign if you want to add a section / title / image / quote / list / gallery.
1.3 Yoast
SEO
Click
on the
Yoast
SEO
section
to
update
the title and meta
description.
Explain
in
short
the
offer
and
make
sure
the
color
bar
has
turned
green
before
saving
the
offer.
1.4
Translations
- Once
the
offer
is
finished
and
published,
you
can
return
to the
offer
overview
page
in the
back-end.
- If the
offer
is
available
in
different
languages
as
well,
you
can
add
those
here.
- Click
on the
+ sign
to add
a new
translation.
- If you
wish
to
update
the
translations,
then
click
on the
pencil
or the
wheel.
1.5 Taking Offer Offline
- If
the
offer
is not
available
anymore,
you
should
change
the
status
to
offline
/
concept.
- The
offer
should
be put
in
draft
- Note:
if
the
offer
is
online
in
multiple
languages
you
need
to
put
the
vacancy
in
draft
per
language.
You
can
do
this
by
changing
the
language
on
the
top
of
the
page
in
the
back-end
of
the
website.
