This article explains to you how to give OHM access to your ad account by sharing assets. Before you start you need to make sure that the user account of your company has admin rights.


1. Check admin rights company user

  1. Go to Business Manager
  2. Click on Business settings in the left menu.
  3. Click on users and see if your account name has admin rights


2. Give OHM access as partner - sharing assets

  1. Go to Business Manager > Business Settings.
  2. Below Users, click Partners.
  3. Click + Add.
  4. Select Give a partner access to your assets.
  5. Enter the Business ID of OHM (your Client Manager can provide you with our ID)
  6. Give OHM access to your Pages + Ad account + Pixel
    Pages:     Activate > publish content
    Ad account: Activate > manage campaigns
    Pixel (if available): Activate > manage pixel
  7. Click Save Changes.

Orange Hotel Marketing can now see the assets you assigned to them in Business Manager and start working on your campaigns!
