Meta Business Manager is a useful tool that allows to safely manage multiple Facebook & Instagram pages and Advertising Accounts at the same time. In addition, Meta Business Manager permits you to check who can access your accounts, change or remove their permissions.
1. Create Meta Business Manager
Step 1: Go to Meta Business Manager
Visit Meta Business Manager.
Click “Create Account” in the top right corner
Step 2: Log In
Use your personal Facebook account to log in.
Don’t worry, your personal profile won’t appear on the business account publicly.
Step 3: Enter Business Details
Business Name – Name your business clearly (e.g., “ABC Digital Marketing”).
Your Name & Email – Your personal name will auto-fill; add your business email.
Click “Next”.
Step 4: Add Business Details
Address
Phone number
Website (optional)
Business Use – Choose whether you’re using Meta Business Manager to:
Promote your own business
Provide services to clients
Click “Submit”.
Step 5: Verify Your Email
Meta will send a confirmation email to the business email you entered.
Open the email and click “Confirm”.
2. Add Employees
Decide which users can access Business Manager and which rights they have.
- Once inside the Business Manager navigate to users on the left menu.
- Under Users click People > + Add
- Enter the work email address of the person you want to add.
- Select “Employee Access” as business role.
- Add the Ad account & Pages you want to give permissions to. Choose a type of asset in the first column, then select the individual assets you want to add this person to in the second column. In the third column, toggle on each task you’d like to grant them. Or, toggle on admin access to allow them to manage the asset and perform all available tasks.
- Click Invite.
- The employee receives an email with the invitation and needs to follow the steps to add the business managers to the employees’ personal Facebook profile.
