In this article, we’ll walk you through the steps for verifying your domain on Facebook. Facebook does not always make this link between your Facebook page / ad account and your website / booking engine. Therefore, it is recommended to verify this connection in your Facebook Business Manager.

  • Go to Business Manager and then Business Settings. In the menu on the left, under Brand Safety, click on Domains:

  • Click on the blue Add button to add a new domain.
  • In the pop-up, fill in the domain of your website. (between ‘www.’ and ‘.nl’/’.com’).

  • The verification is pending. Now a record needs to be added to the DNS settings of your domain. For this step you need to contact the company that manages your domain name. 
  • Once the code is added to your DNS, click on the green verify button in Business Manager. It can take up to 24 hours for the red dot behind the domain name to turn green.
