It could be you are unable to select an image, correctly view a button or a page shows incorrectly in Elementor. In here we provide you with an easy solution to this by using the Navigator.

The Navigator-tool provides you with the ability to view all the elements in a simple list/pop-up, giving you a quick overview. It is basically an index with all the items added in your page, and gives you the ability to quickly jump to specific elements.

  • Open the page you wish to edit in its default language in Elementor
  • Go the left bottom of your screen, and click on the second icon in the list:

  • On the right side a small dropdown menu will open:

  • You can now click on specific items in the list, to find the item you wish to edit. Depending on how your page is built, the different items will at least cover these:

    • Section: each page is built up with different sections. Within these sections, you will find all the specific elements. If you are looking for a hero image or background image to edit, it might be you find it in the section (after clicking on Column in the Navigator-list), under Style (the second tab on the left side):

    • Image: this could be any image within your page, including hero images.
    • Column: this is a column within a section. Again here, you could find (after clicking on Column in the Navigator-list) the hero image or background image you are looking for, under Style (the second tab on the left side).
    • Heading: this includes all bigger-cased texts, used as titles within your page.
    • Text Editor: this includes all paragraph sections on your page.
It might be a matter of clicking on a few items in the Navigator-list, before finding the element you are looking for.

  • The selected element will be highlighted with a blue line around it, and show the menu on the left side to edit the element.
